Amazon returns Import Conditions and Requirements

1. Meet the secondary sale requirements and have the product returned to the original regulatory operation site in its original condition within 30 days from the time of customs release.

2. Returned goods enterprises must apply for return within 30 days after the “Declaration List of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Imports of the People’s Republic of China” has been released (hereinafter referred to as “Declaration List”) and must do so 45 days after the Declaration List has been released (hereinafter referred to as “B-type”).

3. Within 45 days of the release of the B-type, the returned goods will be delivered to the original customs supervision workplace, the original customs special supervision area or bonded logistics center (hereinafter referred to as “B-type”).

4. Enterprises can apply to the Customs for cross-border e-commerce customs clearance (website: https://www.singlewindow.cn/) via China’s international trade “single window”.    Enterprises have declared that they will return the goods to the original regulatory area.

5. On-site customs confirms the arrival of the returned goods and implements inspection and release according to the relevant requirements. After the completion of the inspection and release, any tax corresponding to the returned goods will not be levied.
